In order to get scientific facts, we can't just guess the answer. In fact, Scientists who aim to get new scientific facts go through a long process called Scientific Inquiry. In this process, they use data from experiments, observations, and tests to explain an observable phenomena. When scientists observe something that is unknown, they tend to ask questions. In order to answer these questions and find the unknown, they use a system of steps called the Scientific Method. Fun fact: Galileo Galilei is the founder of the scientific method, but the method that is taught in most schools and in this blog is the Baconian Method made by Sir Francis Bacon.
